Until today, a payment in a foreign currency took its own path through Ampersand, with a separate approval step and a separate record. From today, payouts in 35 currencies run through the same flow as every other payment.

One Run for Every Currency

Import a run with payments in euros, yen and pesos, and Ampersand groups them by currency, shows the rate and the total cost, and sends each one over the best available rail.

The Same Rules and Approvers

Approval rules now apply to the amount in your reporting currency, so a large foreign payment reaches the same approvers as a large domestic one. Payee checks run on every payment, whatever its currency.

A Single Audit Trail

Every payment records who approved it, the rate it converted at and when it reached the beneficiary, so auditors follow one trail for the whole run.

Multi-currency payouts are available today on the Growth and Enterprise plans.
